You can order securely on-line using Paypal. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.

All cheques should be made payable to Warm Acre and must be made in U.K. GB Pound Sterling only please.
The products on this website are not toys. Warm Acre Forge models are made of white metal and are hand cast in England. Not suitable for children, contains sharp points and may be harmful if chewed or swallowed.
The exclusive copyright on the miniature designs within the packs avaliable are the property of Warm Acre Forge. All our packs of miniatures come with plastic bases as appropriate.
Delivery
We will deal with your order as soon as possible. Please wait 28 days for delivery.
Missing Parts or Incorrect Orders
If there is anything wrong with your order, please email us and we will correct it for you as soon as possible.
Email
If you supply us with your email address, we promise only to use it to inform you of your order and to send you the occasional update of new releases. Please let us know if you not wish to hear from us. We will not pass your information to other parties.
Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded upon our receipt of the cancelled order, which must be returned to us at your expense. We will not refund the postage on parcels containing returned goods.
